Prologue to Wolf DreamerPrologue: John My Father never believed me when I was a boy. Young and full of life, he thought me a story-teller when I told him that I had seen a man turn into an animal while playing in the woods behind our cabin. He never believed me when I told him that fairies were real. That I had seen them, that I had actually watched them flit about like flickering lights through the tree branches at night, right outside my bedroom window. Tattoo's KissThe sting of the needle pierces my skin sweetly, making me grit my teeth in ecstasy. The bite of her thin blade, discolors my skin black. While the moan of my voice ags her on. Griping the armrests for support my silent scream a testament to her abilities. The one who manipulates her is a pro at this game wiping the ink and the blood away burns a little closing my eyes I quiver and hiss delightfully. and in the endTattoo's Kiss

Fly FreeEnsnared in this cage, My wings clipped.Fly Free
Leashed by threats By my fear, By my uncertainty.
I want to spring free. I want to dream free.
I have faith in the secret I keep.
My flight feathers grow back slowly but surely. They give a flutter of hope in my heart.
But then the pain and the fears come back I can not give in
So I nurture what little optimism I have. Letting it grow until it blooms with warmth and strength in my chest.
I finally burst free from my cage, From my fear
